New Clients

Grace & Truth welcomes all new referrals and clients to schedule their first appointment through our online scheduling system. Be sure to select Initial Assessment for your first session. It is a longer appointment in order to provide orientation to our services and for your provider to properly assess the type and duration of services you will need to accomplish your goals. Please call or write if you prefer to schedule by phone or email.

If you are ready to schedule an appointment, click here.

Choose the type of appointment and choose your provider. Either schedule a brief call to get more information if you have questions or schedule an initial appointment. Click on downloadable forms for counseling or coaching consents. Read and sign these and return to your counselor or coach via U.S. mail or by scanning and sending as an attachment to email. Pay your session fee by check or PayPal.  (See instructions on additional pages.)

Not sure if you are ready to schedule?

We welcome you to schedule a brief phone appointment to answer your questions about our counseling or coaching services. We would be happy to briefly answer any questions you might have to make sure Grace & Truth can serve you and which provider would be the right fit for you.

After you have scheduled . . .

To save time and help your first appointment proceed quickly, we request that you complete all paperwork in advance. Please print, complete, and bring the appropriate forms to your initial appointment.

New Client coaching and counseling forms can be found by clicking here.  You will find the answers to the majority of your questions there. But if not, we welcome you to schedule or ask for a phone call to discuss your questions.

If you need more information . . .

Click here to schedule a brief call with one of our counselors or coaches. Specify in the notes section whether you would like to connect via phone or Skype, and the number or Skype name from which you will be calling. Calling at your appointment time is your responsibility.
