Founders Jeff and Jill Williams

Jeff and Jill Williams founded Grace & Truth Counseling and Coaching in 2002. Prior to this, Jeff practiced as a professional counselor in community mental health and therapeutic foster care, while Jill focused on their home and three children.

It was 2002 when The Williamses began working together as a “team of two” to develop a counseling and coaching practice. During 2003-2004 they accepted an invitation from community leaders to develop a community marriage initiative in Springfield/Clark County, Ohio now called Marriage Resource Center of Miami Valley.  Then they moved their family to the greater Washington D.C. area for Jeff to serve as an executive in a national marriage ministry, Marriage Savers as well as Association of Marriage and Family Ministries. In 2010, Jeff and Jill returned to live and serve in Ohio.

Today, Jeff maintains his license as a Supervising Professional Clinical Counselor and provides oversight and supervision of the services and clinical staff while continuing to maintain a case load of private counseling clients. Jill is responsible for organizing and coordinating office procedures as well as all business operations.  Jeff and Jill also coach marriages together using a model and curricula they developed, and Jeff provides life, leadership and business coaching.

Jeff and Jill are passionate about teaching relationship skills and exercises in seminars. They also offer tele-classes to train couples to coach other couples, and work with many couples in marriage coaching.   They have authored training curriculum (Marriage Coaching I, II and III), numerous articles and blogs and two books (Raw Reflections and Marriage Coaching: Heart, Hope and Skills for a Great Relationship).

Jeff and Jill reside in Springfield, Ohio, the new location of Grace & Truth Counseling and Coaching, and Great Relationships, Inc., their not-for-profit organization that focuses on training couples to coach and train other couples. Their children are now 23, 21 and 17, and their granddaughter is 3!
