PAIRS® is the Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills. You will learn the concepts and tools to build and sustain healthy intimacy, communication and conflict resolution. Originally developed as a semester course at American University, this one-and-a-half day class is a thorough introductory tour of some of the most helpful tools that couples, families, co-workers, and even singles can use to prevent conflict, improve communication, and build healthy understanding of one another's desires, concerns, hopes, and dreams. Most couples haven't been taught the skills to build a healthy, satisfying and productive relationship.

What it is...
A class in which you will learn tools to improve communication, and have private opportunity to practice them with the help of trained PAIRS educators.

What it is NOT...
An encounter group in which you will be expected to reveal to your leaders and other attendees the content of your life/relationship.
